2009 Master Plan Gallery

This Master Plan is divided into nine action districts. One or more Market Creation Projects have been identified in most of the action districts. Market Creation Projects, by definition, are high impact initiatives, which can set a new direction for an area. These are typically clusters of projects, which taken together, form a single Market Creation Project.
